PO checklist

Size and color of items to be printed.
This helps us to make sure there aren't shortages, and if there are, we can inform you to get them worked out ahead of time.
Colors of Imprint
The more precise you are with the colors the better. Pantone numbers generally work the best.
Print location
Front left chest, full front, left sleeve, back neck? The possibilities are endless, and it's best to keep us from having to guess.
Due Date/Event Date
P lease remember that out standard working time is TEN business days. If you set the date for any sooner, you will incur a rush fee. It's also best to give us a few extra days when possible, to ensure time to fix any shortages or art issues.
Exact Number Order
1-2% spoilage is common in this business. If your order has to be an exact quantity, please be sure to let us know so that we can fit it into the schedule in case we need replacements.
Contact When Ready?
We try to contact you when each order is done, but it's a nice reminder to add this line to the PO, especially if we're needing to contact a specific person.
