FAQ
Can I have things other than tee shirts printed?
Of course! We can print on pretty much anything that will lay flat and
hold still. Including tee shirts, hoodies, jerseys, pillow cases, bags,
sweat pants, towels, hats, blankets, etc. However, some of these items
do have an additional fee for printing.
Is there any material that I should avoid printing on?
Sort-of. You may want to avoid placing orders for items that are made
of a polyester blend. Polyester dye tends to bleed out into the colors
that we print, making the colors less vibrant, and, well, yucky looking.
This can be managed by making an extra screen and adding an extra color,
but in doing so, it also adds to the cost of your items.
What is your turn around time?
Our standard turn time is ten business days from the day we have the art
approval (or completed art), signed purchase order, and the items to be
imprinted in hand. Not sure if there are are glitches in you art? See
the art requirement checklist! To ensure your PO is ready, see the PO
checklist.
Is there any way to get my items any faster?
Yes, however a rush fee applies. Please contact us for pricing and feasibility
of a rush order.
Are there any elements of design that I should avoid?
Because of the screen burning and printing process, we caution against
are extra thin outlines. The finer the screen, the harder it is for our
machines to get ink down, and that can result in a line that isn't as
consistent as planned.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum; however there are drastic price breaks between the
smaller quantities that should be considered.
Do you provide any color-matching guarantee?
Our inks are based on the Pantone Matching System, and are guaranteed
for no extra charge on all materials except polyester blends unless otherwise
stated when your order is placed.
What is the biggest I can print?
Our largest imprint area is 20" wide by 30" long. Please contact
Victor for oversized imprint pricing.
What is the maximum number of colors I can have on
my items?
Currently, we have the capacity to print eight colors on a single item.
Can I see the first tee you print before you run the
others?
Yes. The cost for a single tee printed as a pre-production proof is the
cost of having one shirt printed plus screens.
